Board of Health
The Board of Health module consists of three components: Commercial Permits, Construction Permits, and Septic Management. Here users create, track, and print permits and inspections, including detailed checklists that are typically processed in the Health Department
Fire Permits and Safety Management
The Fire Permits & Safety Management module creates, tracks, and prints permits for structures and systems that the Fire Department inspect regularly.
Licensing
The Licensing module creates, tracks, and issues licenses and event permits that are not the jurisdiction of construction-related departments. All business licenses can be renewed annually, with necessary applications and forms generated by GeoTMS.
Sign Off
The Sign Off module is designed to allow other departments like Engineering, Public Works, Tree Conservation, etc. to participate in the plan review and sign off process. Users can create and track customized reviews for existing GeoTMS Projects along with checklists and reports. This module contains all the core functions that are included in each of the GeoTMS modules
