Sign Off

The Sign Off module allows other departments like Public Works, Water Department, etc. to conduct basic review and sign off tasks on applications and proposals without the hearing and permitting/licensing features found in other GeoTMS modules.


With the Sign Off module you can:

  • Create custom review types in the exact wording used in the department
  • Customize the module name to match the name of your department
  • Record reviews for existing project records
  • Create review historical records

Once the review records are created, activity is tracked using specialized Sign Off module features including:

  • Task specific wizard screens and drop down lists that help you enter information quickly and accurately
  • Multiple departments that can participate using their own configuration of the module[*]
  • A review archiving feature that allows you to create historical records of reviews which are not editable

The information maintained by the Sign Off module can easily be accessed and reported in a variety of ways including:

  • Screens that display summary or detailed information as needed
  • Summary and detail printed reports generated based on criteria selected
  • GIS map displays of the parcel and abutters to the parcel of the review record

 


[*] – Note: At least one department must have a full GeoTMS module to create projects so that Sign Off reviews can be created. Also, see our Sales staff for details on how multiple departments can use Sign Off modules.
